"Mandatory Spay/Neuter & Breeder Permits"

 The City of El Paso is again considering revisions to its animal
control ordinance including a $75 litter permit and a limit of one litter per year.

Additionally, the proposal mandates microchipping and allows
animal control officers to go door-to-door to enforce provisions of the ordinance. Fanciers are urged to immediately contact their city council members and ask them to request that these sections be removed from the proposal.
